If you
would like to do this on an actual cake, you need to bring either a covered
dummy or cake (4” tall) attached to a board atleast
4” larger diameter. Otherwise,
instructor will provide a board to attach samples of the various techniques to
(after many sessions of this class, it has been the case that most students
would prefer to just try the different techniques rather than worry about
completing a cake in one specific style.)
