A
block of rooms have been reserved for our group.
Each
room has two double beds.
Our
special rate is $79 (plus 6% tax & 8% occupancy fees).
A
very nice breakfast is included.
You
MUST mention ICES to get the group
rate.
These
rooms will be held until 30 days prior to our event – so reserve early!
Even
though there will be no charge for this DOS (for ICES members only),
YOU
MUST REGISTER, so that we have a count.
If you don’t register there will be a charge.

Stylin’ on the Runway!
“Fashion a la
Mode”
Hats! Chapeaux!
Cappellos!
Sombreros!
It’s
a fashion show! Let your creative sense
of style loose!
Create
a fancy hat, and then parade it on the runway at our DOS on Sunday, April
3.
Judges
will choose the best, and the winner will receive a very nice prize.
Anything
goes…..but of course anything cake- or sugar- related will score more
points.
So
start designing….and then get out your piping bags,
needles & thread, glue guns or even duct tape! Go “fashion forward” with color!
Let’s
show that the design houses in New York
and Paris have nothing on Michigan
ICES!
It will be
fah-bulous, dahlings!

Special Guest Instructor
Peggy Tucker will be teaching a special
class on
Saturday,
April 2, 2011 – before our DOS event.
She will be teaching a class using Isomalt sticks and molds to create a
beautiful sculpture of leaves and butterflies
resting on a base.
